Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Charlotte Podcast Studio for your video podcast production needs. To maintain fairness and efficiency for all clients, the following booking policy applies to all studio reservations made through our online booking system. Booking & Payment: All bookings must be made through our online platform. Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. No booking will be held without payment. Cancellations & No-Refund Policy: Charlotte Podcast Studio maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a session is booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to client cancellation, tardiness, or no-shows. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unexpected situations may arise. Clients may reschedule their booking one (1) time without penalty, provided the new booking occurs within 30 days of the original scheduled session. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the original appointment time. To reschedule, please contact our team at info@charlottepodcast.studio or use the reschedule option in your booking confirmation email. Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of your session with no rescheduling option available. Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled booking. Session times are fixed and will not be extended for late arrivals. If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the session may be canceled at the studio's discretion, and no reschedule or refund will be issued. Liability & Studio Use: Charlotte Podcast Studio is not responsible for any personal items lost, stolen, or damaged on the premises. By booking a session, clients agree to use the studio and its equipment responsibly. Any damages caused to studio property or equipment by the client or their guests during the session will be the client’s financial responsibility. Charlotte Podcast Studio reserves the right to refuse service or future bookings to any client who fails to adhere to this policy. By completing a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
