What are your business hours?

We are open Monday-Saturday, 10am-6pm, and Sunday by appointment only
Where is the Charlotte Podcast Studio located?

We are located in the Historic Concord District. Our address is: 1 Buffalo Ave NW, Ste 209 Concord, NC 28025
Can I tour your studio before booking?

Sure! Click the ‘Book Now’ button, select ‘Studio Tour’ and select a time slot for a tour.
What’s included during my session?

Each session includes an engineer, up to a 3-Camera setup, and a customizable set.
Do you help with branding strategies for my podcast?

Absolutely! Contact us for more information.
Am I able to record Solo or with less than 4 guests?

Yes! We will modify the set to suit the number of guests for your recording.
Can I book for one hour or less?

No. Our standard booking block is 90 minutes.
Can I live stream at your studio?

Yes! We have blazing fast internet and can stream to any platform.
Are you able to help with uploading and promoting my Podcast?

Yes! Contact us to further discuss.
How quickly can I receive my files?

The standard video is available 24-48 hours after the recording session. If you require further editing such as clips for social media, those are typically delivered within 72 hours. Please review the “add-ons” section for more info.
Will I receive all audio and video files separately?

No, not typically. However, we have the capability of recording all cameras and microphones individually for more in depth editing if your project requires it. If you would like to receive all isolated files, we ask that you provide the drive to record to. Our system is compatible with Samsung T5 or T7 SSD’s. Please reach out to us for more information.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sometimes, things happen. If you need to cancel your pre-booked session with us, we offer a full refund only if you cancel with a 48 hour notice. 50% of booking value for 24 hour notice. Anything less than 24 hours will not be refunded.
